The works alleged to have been infringed were artwork for the panels on the outside of photo booths known as "skins". The claimants claimed copyright in works that had been made by one Lie Xie, a director of the second claimant, whch were referred to as "the new works" and works in which copyright was said to have been assigned to the second claimant by the first defendant known as "the assigned works". By Fulvio Spada from Torino, Italy - Ochre quarry, Roussillon, France, CC BY-SA 2.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=40012791 Jane Lambert Chancery Division (Mr Justice Nugee)   GFS Flex Ltd v Brymec Ltd [2020] EWHC 1907 (Ch) (17 July 2020) This was an application for an interim injunction in an action for passing-off.   The claimant and applicant, GFS Flex Ltd ("GFS"),  imports corrugated stainless steel tubing ("CSST")  gas pipes and fittings that are manufactured by the Turkish company    Bes Yapi Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirkayi and distributes them in the UK.  Those pipes and fittings have a yellow plastic clip.
