Confidential Information: Douglas v Hello!

I have also updated and transposed case notes that I originally wrote in 2003 and 2005 respectively on Douglas and others v Hello! Ltd. and others. Although the Court of Appeal reversed Mr Justice Lindsay's judgment and his damages award in favour of the newspaper, it still contains useful (and hence applicable) analysis.

Not a bad weekend's work I hope you agree.
