Competition Law: Chemicals Industry Probe

According to the BBC the EC Commission has begun to investigate the conduct of several chemicals companies in the methacrylate-monomers market. These chemicals are used to make transparent plastics and coatings used in cars and consumer goods. As of now, nothing connected with the investigation had been reported on the Competition Directorate-General's website but NIPC will keep you posted,
